A panel of 20 female volunteers (mean age 49 years) applied a cream containing 4% Acetyl Dipeptide-13 Diphenylglycine peptide solution or a placebo cream on their thighs, twice a day for 8 weeks. Measurements were obtained by cutometry before the treatment and after 4 and 8 weeks. Elasticity increased by 11% by 4 weeks and 14% by 8 weeks. Skin deformation (distorting of shape e.g. wrinkles) decreased by 5% in 4 weeks and 15% in 8 weeks.
