Assessment of the Dermis Density

20 female volunteers (55-64 years old) applied, twice a day, a placebo cream on one side of the face and a cream containing 10% Hexapeptide-10 peptide solution on the other, for 54 days. Dermal density was evaluated by ultrasound ecography. Skin compactness and skin smoothness increased by 25% in the skin where the peptide was applied.
