Our Skincare Guarantee


If any of your chosen Skincare products do not meet your expectation, please give us a second chance. Simply notify your personal LeRêve Consultant or contact LeRêve Customer Service within 30 days of receipt and we will speedily arrange a refund, exchange or replacement.


Upon purchasing, send us ‘before-and-after’ photos with a brief testimonial of your experience with our Bio-Scientific Skincare and we’ll double the length of our Guarantee to 60 days AND we’ll add $20 credit into your Product Bank.

How to Submit Photos:

  1. Take a close-up frontal portrait of your face without make-up and with hair pulled back before you start using our Skincare range. Ideally use a sun-lit room in the morning with a plain background and no visual distractions.
  2. Email the ‘before’ photo to us immediately: support@lereve.com.au
  3. After 8 weeks of regular use of the products as recommended, take an ‘after’ photo in the same setting and same time of day and email it to us with your testimonial.
  4. We will then match the two photos and deposit a thank you gift of $20 into your Product Bank (note – if you do not have a Product Bank with LeRêve, your Consultant will set this up for you upon request).
  5. By submitting your photos and testimonial, you hereby consent to LeRêve using them on our Company website, social media and/or in official Company literature. To ensure your privacy, we will only publish your first name alongside your photos and testimonial. If we use your photos and testimonials, we will reward you with more free credits into your Product Bank.
