Diffusion

Diffusion is one of the most popular and effective ways to experience Essential Oils. It allows fragrance to gently fill your space, helping to energise your surroundings, create a calming sanctuary, support wellbeing, or enhance moments of connection and intimacy. Simply add water and six drops of a LeRêve Pure Essential Oil Blend to a LeRêve Ultrasonic Diffuser for a beautifully balanced aromatic experience.

Inhalation

Steam inhalation is a powerful method, particularly when you need respiratory support or relief from cold and flu symptoms. Fill a bowl with near-boiling water, add three drops of an Oil Blend, place a towel over your nose or head to seal in the steam, and breathe deeply. The aromatic vapours are absorbed through the respiratory system, allowing the natural properties of the oils to begin working within the body.

Bath

An aromatic bath is a simple yet luxurious way to restore both body and mind. It can help awaken your senses in the morning, prepare you for restful sleep, or soothe tired, aching muscles. As the oils disperse through the warm water, they are absorbed through both inhalation and the skin. Add 20mL of pre-blended LeRêve Bath & Body Oil to your bath as you step in. Or mix 5-10 drops of a LeRêve Pure Essential Oil Blend with 20mL of olive or coconut oil, and 5mL of Natural Solubiliser. The same method can also be adapted for a relaxing foot bath with a reduced quantity of bath oil.

Shower

Transform your daily shower into an uplifting aromatherapy ritual. Add a couple of drops of your chosen Oil Blend to a sponge or washcloth and gently use over the body, avoiding sensitive areas. Alternatively, place a few drops in the corner of the shower and allow the steam to release an invigorating aroma that surrounds you as you breathe deeply.

Massage

Aromatherapy massage is a deeply relaxing way to support both physical and emotional wellbeing. As Essential Oils are massaged into the skin, they are absorbed and circulated through the body. LeRêve Bath & Body Oils can be applied directly, or Pure Essential Oils can be diluted into a carrier oil. We suggest 10 drops of Pure Essential Oil in 20mL of carrier oil. Facial or Linen Sprays

Create your own natural sprays to refresh your skin or linens. Combine 10-15 drops of a Pure Essential Oil Blend with 5mL of Natural Solubiliser and mix into 50mL of distilled water to create a beautifully fragrant mist. Choose uplifting or calming blends to suit your mood, bringing a gentle sense of freshness, relaxation, or comfort into your daily environment.
